How we work
An MVP is not a smaller version of your dream product. It is the fastest honest test of whether people will pay for it. We help founders cut scope to the essential, build it properly and get it into customers’ hands.
We begin with a one-week product sprint: your riskiest assumptions, the single job your product must do brilliantly, and the smallest feature set that proves it. Everything else goes on a “later” list you can see.
Then we build a real SaaS foundation — sign-up and authentication, teams and roles, subscription billing with Stripe, transactional email, analytics and an admin view — so your MVP can grow into the product without being rewritten.
We stay involved after launch to read the data with you: activation, retention and where users get stuck, so the next sprint goes to what customers actually need.
Every engagement is scoped to your needs. These are the pieces we deliver most often.

1–3 weeksPaper sketches, wireframes and clickable prototypes tested with real users, then a visual design system developers can build from.
2–4 weeksTwo-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each one. You see progress in the software, not in a slide deck.
6–14 weeksA careful release, training for your team, monitoring from day one — then a support plan that keeps the software improving.
OngoingYes — most of our MVP clients are. We explain trade-offs in plain language and act as your technical partner until you hire your own team.
We work on a paid basis so incentives stay simple. For some early-stage companies we offer phased payment tied to milestones.
We help you interview, onboard them into the codebase and step back gradually. Documentation and a clean architecture make the handover smooth.
