How we work
Design is where software either respects people or wastes their time. We study how your users work, sketch on paper first, test with real people and hand developers a system — not just pretty screens.
Our design process begins with listening: short interviews, a look over someone’s shoulder while they do the job, and a review of the support tickets nobody likes to read. That is where the real requirements hide.
From there we move from paper sketches to wireframes to clickable prototypes, testing with five to eight users at each step. Visual design comes last and is built as a design system — tokens, components and rules — so every future screen stays consistent without a designer redrawing it.
We design for accessibility by default: readable contrast, clear focus states, generous touch targets and motion that can be turned down.
Every engagement is scoped to your needs. These are the pieces we deliver most often.

1–3 weeksPaper sketches, wireframes and clickable prototypes tested with real users, then a visual design system developers can build from.
2–4 weeksTwo-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each one. You see progress in the software, not in a slide deck.
6–14 weeksA careful release, training for your team, monitoring from day one — then a support plan that keeps the software improving.
OngoingOften, yes. We audit the current experience, redesign the highest-impact flows first and work with your developers so improvements ship in stages.
Both. Many clients start with design only; because our designers and engineers work side by side, moving into development later is seamless.
Organized Figma files, a documented component library, prototypes, research notes and a prioritized list of recommendations.
