Systems Integration & APIs

Connect the tools you already pay for so data moves on its own.

How we work
A hand plugs a cable into a labeled network patch panel.

Your CRM, accounting software, inventory system and website all know something about your customers — but they rarely talk. We connect them with reliable integrations and clean APIs so information flows once and correctly.

Most integration problems are not technical; they are about agreeing which system owns which piece of truth. We start by mapping your data — customers, orders, invoices, products — and decide where each one lives and who may change it.

Then we build integrations that are boring in the best way: idempotent, retried on failure, logged, monitored and alerting a human before anyone notices a missing invoice. Where you need your own API, we design it with versioning, documentation and authentication from the start.

We work with the platforms Los Angeles businesses rely on every day, from QuickBooks and Salesforce to Shopify, HubSpot, Google Workspace and industry-specific systems.

Process

How a systems integration & apis project runs.

01

Discover

Interviews, a look at how the work really happens, and a short prototype of the riskiest idea. You get scope, budget and a roadmap in writing.

1–3 weeks
02

Design

Paper sketches, wireframes and clickable prototypes tested with real users, then a visual design system developers can build from.

2–4 weeks
03

Build

Two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each one. You see progress in the software, not in a slide deck.

6–14 weeks
04

Launch & evolve

A careful release, training for your team, monitoring from day one — then a support plan that keeps the software improving.

FAQ

Systems Integration & APIs questions.

Can you integrate with a system that has no API?

Often yes — through file exports, database connectors or secure automation. We assess reliability first and tell you honestly if a workaround is fragile.

What if one of the systems goes down?

Our integrations queue changes and retry with back-off, so nothing is lost. You get an alert if something needs attention.

Do you support integrations after launch?

Yes. Vendors change their APIs; our support plans include monitoring and updates when they do.
